1. Term & Condition of e-Auction:

2. Disposal of the above material is being sold on‘‘As
is Where is’ and ‘Whatever there is’ And ‘No Guarantee / Complaint’ basis’

BASIS. ALL
APPLICABLE DUTIES, TAXES AND GST are including.

4. The sale of offered goods is per Unit basis.

5. DYNAMIC TIME: The eAuction shall automatically
extend by 05 MINUTES in case someone enters a bid in the last one minute of the
remaining time in closure of the auction. This shall continue indefinitely
until no one bids in the last one minute of the time remaining. Bids in dynamic
time can be placed by 50% of incremental bid value.

6. The
Purchaser should remit 50% purchase price payment within 7 working days to
seller’s account.

7.
The
purchaser shall be allowed to clear the lot after 100% purchase price payment
to seller in next 10 working days. Purchaser shall be allowed to clear the site
within a period of 20 working days from the date of full purchase price
payment, failing which the purchaser may have to pay ground rent as declared by
seller in advance.

8. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid
without assigning any reason to the bidder

9.
The
Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) will not attract any interest & will be dealt
as mentioned below:-

•
In
case of unsuccessful bidders, (H3 & Lower) EMD is usually refunded in 7-10
working days from the date of closure of eAuction.

•
Highest
Bidder (H1) will be declared winner subject to approval by seller. He will be
known as ‘Purchaser’ thereof. The EMD of purchaser will be adjusted once the
payment and lifting is completed and on receipt of No Objection Certificate
(NOC) from seller. If the Purchaser fails to deposit 50% purchase price payment
in 7 days of declaration his EMD shall be forfeited.

•
EMD
of the Second Highest (H2) bidder shall be retained for 30 days from the date of closure of eAuction. In case of default of Purchaser, H2 bidder has to honor the deal at the H2 bid value as per terms &
condition available to purchaser and alike purchaser failing his EMD too shall
be forfeited.

•
Since
EMD is held by auctioneer. They are
responsible for the return release as well. Surveyor, Insurer or Insured has no
role of EMD retention for H3 & below. EMD of Purchaser & H2 is at
seller’s discretion/Sale Consent.

10. The Salvage Managers or the associated Loss
Adjusters or Underwriters, being only the facilitators for disposal of salvage,
have no knowledge about the specific trade requirements and shall bear no
responsibility of any kind, in this regard of whatsoever nature.

The website www.salvagemanagers.com is maintained by external agency at external
servers. Any problem while bidding or technological glitches/problems may occur
accidentally and such problems will be dealt in order to complete the entire
process smoothly. The surveyor’s decision in this regard will be final as they
have appointed us to bring transparency in the system by e-Auctioning.
