and the salvage material in all lots is being sold strictly on an "As
Is, Where Is", "Whatever There Is", and "No
Complaint" basis.
Interested bidders are strongly advised to conduct their own independent due
diligence and physically inspect the assets to verify their condition,
quantity, quality, recoverability, and all other particulars before
participating in the auction.

2. All expenses associated with lifting the
material,
including but not limited to demolition, dismantling, cutting, loading,
labour, transportation, and any other incidental costs, shall be borne solely
by the successful bidder. Bidders are therefore advised to quote their bids
accordingly.

3.
No
claims, representations, objections, disputes, or complaints of any nature
whatsoever shall be entertained after the conclusion of the auction under any
circumstances.
Submission of a bid shall be deemed as confirmation that the bidder has
inspected the assets, understood the terms and conditions of sale, and is
fully satisfied with the quantity, quality, condition, and all other aspects
of the material offered for sale.
