Disposal of the
above material is being sold on ‘As Is
Where Is’, ‘Whatever There Is’ and ‘No Complaint’ basis subject to the
following condition:-
1. The sale of
offered goods is Per MT basis for
Tower & Battery Bank Auction. Rest auction is per Piece Basis.
2. Participants have
to participate in all auctions as selection of items/Auction is not allowed.
3. The Quantity or weight may vary @ 5% (plus – minus)
for which the seller or buyer will nor ask for extra payment or refund.
4. On
approval, the Purchaser should remit 100% advance payment for each material within
3-5 working days of receipt of bank
details/allotment/delivery order, from the insured/seller, failing which their EMD will be forfeited. This condition can be
mutually settled between buyer & seller under confirmation to us.
5. The part payment is allowed only
for the material having value more than INR 10 Lakhs.
6. The
maximum time allowed for lifting the material will be 20-25 days from the date
of receipt of delivery order by him, failing which their EMD will be forfeited.
DYNAMIC TIME: The eAuction shall automatically extend by
10 MINUTES in case someone enters a bid in the last one minute of the remaining
time in closure of auction. This shall continue indefinitely until no one bids
in the last one minute of the time remaining. Bids in dynamic time can be
placed by 50% of incremental bid value.
THE RATE FOR PURCHASE OF OFFERED GOODS IS TO BE SUBMITTED ON
“Basic Amount Basis only ‘’ All
applicable GST/Taxes will be levies Extra”.
