Disposal of the above material is on‘ As Is Where Is’ and ‘Whatever There Is’ basis also ‘No Complaint’ basis.
The sale of offered goods on Lot basis.
All charges incidental to loading and lifting of material will be borne by the successful bidders/Purchaser. It is assumed that prospective bidders have inspected the above salvage items and acquainted themselves about the offered goods available for EAuction/Purchase, whether they have actually inspected the same or not. However, it is expected that the prospective bidders will inspect the salvage at site, before participating in eAuction.
DYNAMIC TIME:The EAuction shall automatically extend by 5 MINUTES in case someone enters a bid in the last one minute of the remaining time in closure of Auction. This shall continue indefinitely until no one bids in the last one minute of the time remaining. Bids in dynamic time will be placed by 50% of incremental bid value.
THE RATE FOR PURCHASE OF SALVAGE ITEMS IS TO BE SUBMITTED ON “BASIC AMOUNT ONLY” BASIS. The applicable GST @ 18% will be levies Extra.
Salvage Managers is acting on behalf of the Seller, M/s ITC Ltd PSPD and appointed by the M/s ITC Ltd PSPD.
The purpose of this EAuction is only in highlighting the Highest Bidder for this Items and handover to ITC Ltd. PSPD.
ITC Ltd. PSPD is the final decision maker to handover the material to the successful bidder/purchaser.
If ITC Ltd-PSPD is not satisfied with the bids or highest bid amount they can instruct us to re-auction the salvage items.
If ITC Ltd-PSPD is satisfied with the bids or highest bid amount, they can make the agreement with highest bidder/purchaser and can give further same grade material directly to the same highest bidder/purchaser.
